Preview at Préventica: managing high-risk positions
French regulations require employers to maintain an up-to-date list of positions involving specific occupational risks (PRP) and to identify the employees assigned to them. The objective is to implement appropriate preventive measures and monitoring.
At Préventica, Azursoft will unveil a new Alfatéa module dedicated to this requirement. The feature applies PRP rules directly at job-position level and automatically applies the regulatory criteria used to classify a position as PRP. Employers can supplement this list according to the specific characteristics of their activities.
It also facilitates communication with employee representatives and occupational health services regarding these positions.
Vigitools: structuring the monitoring of workplace incivility
Incivility and aggression towards employees remain occupational risks that are still too often managed informally. Vigitools provides OHS teams with a structured framework for recording these incidents. It also enables them to classify incidents and monitor the resulting actions. Vigitools manages these situations in the same way as any other undesirable event.
This structured monitoring also helps organisations objectively assess a phenomenon that has long been difficult to measure. This approach has notably been adopted within Groupe BPCE to better assess incidents of incivility experienced by branch employees.

Monitoring begins with the statutory declaration and continues through to the follow-up of the preventive actions implemented.
A dashboard centralises key information and regulatory deadlines.
Automated alerts support each stage of the case, from deadlines through to potential relapses. HR teams therefore gain greater visibility over every case, from initial reporting through to closure.
New for 2026: the portal can also analyse events to help identify their causes. Each analysis can be converted directly into an action plan and monitored through to completion.
Smarter online help powered by AI
Alfatéa is also enhancing its online help with artificial intelligence. Instead of navigating through menus, users can ask a question in natural language and be directed straight to the relevant procedure, without having to search for keywords in a manual.
This development follows a clear principle: AI should make OHS teams’ day-to-day work easier, without ever replacing them.
