Thanks to our long-standing partnership with Actis Distribution, we have also strengthened security by integrating an Oracle-certified Session Border Controller (SBC) into MyVoice. This additional layer protects operators against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats while ensuring a resilient and secure communications infrastructure.
The MyVoice front-end enables the reception of calls over the switched telephone network by using SIP and digital ISDN (ISDN/PSTN) sources. It also provides SVI (IVR) functions, voice recognition, call recording and alarm decoding.
MyVoice also includes all the features available in the previous SECURIX front-end generation, including protocol reception and LUA scripting for IVR management, ensuring a smooth migration for existing users.
