Your Questions About the Azursoft Universities Programme
A three-level partnership programme (Essential, Advanced and Expert) designed to help integrators and installers build their expertise in Azursoft solutions, with increasing levels of sales and technical support at each stage.
The programme is currently available for ACTIVES, Azursoft’s security hypervision platform. It will gradually be extended to Horus, our video surveillance and remote assistance solution.
Essential is ideal for discovering the platform and getting started with confidence. Advanced is designed for integrators looking to gain greater autonomy and benefit from enhanced support. Expert is intended for partners seeking lead sharing opportunities and recognition as a strategic partner.
It reflects the level of recognition and commercial collaboration associated with your partner status, including enhanced sales support, preferential pricing and, at Expert level, lead sharing with Azursoft.
The initial training lasts 2 days and is mandatory from the Essential level onwards. Maintaining your certification then requires 1 to 4 days per year, depending on your level.
These refer to different levels of technical support expertise, from Level 1 (initial diagnosis) to Level 3 (advanced expertise). As you progress through the programme, you are gradually trained and authorised to provide these levels of support directly to your own customers.
Lead sharing is reserved for Expert-level partners, who also benefit from a dedicated demo platform and a strategic business relationship with Azursoft.
